Hello Hello crafty friends! Welcome back to another tutorial. Today I will be showing you how to make a super simple Valentine’s Day card for that special someone. I don’t know if you have ever noticed that Valentine’s Day cards come super simple or super flashy covering the entire card. I love it! I feel that you can go overboard OR keep it really simple for the one you love when making a card for them. Today, though, I will be making a super simple card. So lets get started!

I used different shades of pink Distress Oxide and added some water to it. I dipped my paint brush in it and flicked it onto my card base. Have fun with it. You can add as much or as little as you like.

While I let the ink dry, I die cut out SSS Clipping Heart. I cu out approx 6 of them to get some dimension for my card. I glued each one with Gina K Connect Glue. This glue is AMAZING!!!

Once I glued each piece together, I placed it onto my card base..right on top of my dried ink splatter. I chose the sentiment from SSS Really Like You stamp set. I finished it off with Studio Katia Cupid’s Kiss.

So that’s it! A fun, simple card for your special someone for Valentine’s Day. Thanks for stopping by. Hope to see you next time. The products I used to make this card and where I got them are listed below!
