Hello, hello! Thanks for coming back to another tutorial. Today I will be showing you how to make a great card using one of my favorite supplies….BACKGROUND STAMPS. You can have so much fun with a background stamp. You can make it the main point of your card or just to give your card some character. So let’s get started.

First thing I did was that I used the SSS Outline Leaves Background stamp. I stamped it with embossing ink and I used WOW Jealous Guy and heat set it. (make sure you use your anti static tool before you ink up your panel) I trimmed down my panel because the die cut I’m using is smaller and I didn’t want my card to be too busy.

I used SSS Lotus Fame die cut which I cut out approx 4 times. I used Elmer’s spray glue to stack them (for dimension)

I stamped a sentiment from SSS Tiny Words Encouragement on black cardstock and heat embossed it in white. I finished up the card with Little Lucy’s Pale Emerald Green.

That’s it! a great card full of character and dimension. Thanks for stopping by. I hope this tutorial inspired you. The products I used for this card and where I purchased them are listed below. All you have to do is to click on the image and go shopping. I’ll see you next time 🙂
