Mother’s Day – SSSFlickr Challenge #122

Hello hello. Thanks for coming back to another tutorial. I have another card that I submitted as the Guest Designer for the SSS Flickr Challenge. This one has a fun sentiment on it which I thought would be fun to give Mom for Mother’s Day. So let’s get started.

I started by using SSS Flower Cluster die cut. I cut it out approx 4 times for dimension. I used Elmer’s Glue spray to glue them together. For me, that’s the easiest way for me to glue them together. I had 2 sets of them (so cut out 8 total) I set those aside.

I stamped a sentiment from SSS Mother’s Day Zinger’s stamp set. I used my anti static tool and inked my stamp with embossing ink. I used WOW! Embossing power in Opaque Bright White Super Fine and I heat set it.

I grabbed my flower die cuts and arranged them on my card. I adhered them using Simon’s tacky glue. I added some butterflies and embellishments to finish my card off.

That’s it. A fun Mother’s Day card that your mom or a mom would get a kick out of. Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you were able to get some inspiration from this tutorial. The products I used for this card and where I purchased them are listed below. Just click on the image and go shopping. I hope to see you next time.
