Hello hello crafty friends. Thanks for stopping by for another tutorial. Today I’ll be sharing how I made a cheerful spring card using a stencil and some distress oxide inks. So let’s get started.

I started with a A2 size panel. I attached my SSS Tumbling Leaves Stencil to my panel using some washi tape.

Next I used SSS Mowed Grass Oxide ink only in the back parts of the leaves. The I went to Twisted Citron and then Squeezed Lemonade.

Once I was done with my blending, I added some Nuvo clear shimmer paste all over my stencil. Make sure its nice and even.

When I completed applying the paste, I removed my stencil and cleaned it off completely. I set my panel aside to dry.

For my sentiment, I used CZ Design Yay Stamp and die set. I used some mowed lawn on a piece of scrap cardstock to stamp the “Yay”. I embossed the other part of the sentiment using white embossing powder on a piece of black cardstock.

Once my panel was dried, I trimmed it down to get that nice clean edge I love and adhered it to an A2 size card base using Neenah Desert Storm cardstock. I attached my sentiments and finished it up with some Studio Katia Icy Sparkle embellishments.

That’s it! I pretty spring time card cheering someone on. Thanks for stopping by. The products I used to make this card and where I purchased them are listed below. All you have to do is click on the image and go shopping. See you next time.

xoxo
