SSS Wednesday Challenge: Lawn Fawn – Spring/Easter Mood Board

Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week is Easter/Spring Mood Board. We are featuring products by Lawn Fawn. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do, we would love to see you use them.  Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s begin on how I made this card.

Started by stamping my images from Lawn Fawn Chirpy Chirp Chirp stamp set on some Neenah solar white cardstock using SSS Intense Black Ink. I stamped the eggs using Shaded Lilac, Cracked Pistachio, Squeezed Lemonade,  Kitsch Flamingo and Carved Pumpkin.  I colored the chicks using: Y18, Y08 and Y04.  YR04 and YR09 for the beaks and feet.

I used the coordinating die to cut my images and I ran it through my die cutting machine.  I also ran the Flowers Border through my machine and colored the flowers and leaves.  I used the Spring Showers die set and ran it through my machine and did like ink blending.

I got a mini slimline panel and ink blended it with some Tumbled Glass.  I adhered it to a slimline panel using SSS Green Leaf cardstock.  I used some foam adhesive tape.  I assembled my card on my panel and finished up with the Happy Easter sentiment.
