SSS Peony Bouquet Stencil

Hello hello crafty friends.  Thanks for stopping by.  Today I will be sharing how I made a fun floral card using  Simon Says Stamp products.  Let’s start.

Start with an A2 size panel using Neenah Solar white 80lb cardstock.  Spray some Pixie low tack spray on the back of SSS Peony Bouquet stencil and adhere it to your panel.

Apply Abandoned Coral, Scattered Straw, Spiced Marmalade and Tattered Rose on the flowers and use Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn on the leaves.  I masked them off to make ink blending easier.  I used ink blending brushes to apply the ink.  Once you’re done applied all the colors, remove the stencil and wipe it off.

Use the Misti to stamp to use a sentiment in the SSS XL Greetings 2 stamp and die set.  Treat your black cardstock with your anti static tool.  Ink your sentiment with VersaMark embossing ink..add some white embossing powder and heat set it.  Run your sentiment with coordinating die through your die cutting machine.

The card base is an A2 size using  Neenah Desert Storm cardstock.  Adhere some foam adhesive to the back to your panel and adhere it to your card base.  Finish off your card with some embellishments.
