SSS Born To Sparkle Blog Hop: Day 1
Hello hello crafty friends and welcome back to another tutorial. I’m extremely excited to be apart of Day 1 of Simon Says Stamp Blog Hop for their Born To Sparkle Release. Stamp your image on some Neenah Solar white 80lb cardstock using SSS Intense Black ink. It’s a Copic friendly and that is what were using on this project. I used my Misti to ensure I get a crisp image of the SSS Spring Bouquets stamp.
The copic colors I used are: Bottom flower – RV34, R83 and R81. Middle flower – RV14, RV13 and RV10. Top Flower – RV23, RV13 and RV10. Leaves YG67, YG17 and YG03. I did basic copic coloring of these flowers and leaves. Run your bouquet image through your die cutting machine using the coordinating die.
I made an A2 size panel using SSS Detail Ringlet Plate on some Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock. Run it through your die cutting machine a few time to get a great impression.
Stamp the sentiment that came in the set on some SSS Black cardstock using some VersaMark embossing ink. Treat your cardstock with a anti static tool. Apply some white embossing powder and heat set it using your heat gun. Cut it out using a circle die.
Adhere your panel to an A2 size card base using Neenah Solar white 80lb cardstock. Attach some foam tape to the back of your flowers and adhere it to your panel. Do the same to the sentiment. Finish off your project with some silver embellishments.
