SSS Wednesday Challenge – Lavinia Stamps: Create a Scene
Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week is Create A Scene. We are featuring products by Lavinia Stamps. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do we would love to see you use them. Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s begin on how I made this card.
I got an mini slimline size panel using Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock. I ink blended Chipped Sapphire, Stormy Sky and Speckled Egg distress oxide ink using an ink blending brush.
Once the ink blending was done, I let it dry. When it was done drying, I used my anti static tool to prep my card for heat embossing Stamped my image from Lavinia Stamps, used some Brutus Monroe Raven embossing powder and used my heat tool to set it.
Spray some Pixie spray on your stencil and adhere it to my panel. I applied some glimmer paste using my palette knife. Once I was done, I removed the stencil and cleaned it off immediately.
After my panel dried, I adhered it to a mini slimline card base using Neenah 80lb cardstock. I finished my card off with some white splatter ink.
