SSS Wednesday Challenge: Newtons Nook Designs – Christmas
Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week is Happy Holidays/Christmas. We are featuring products by Newtons Nook Designs. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do we would love to see you use them. Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s begin on how I made this card.
I began by using an A2 card panel using Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock. I ran my SSS Dancing Deer die cut using both Gold and white cardstock through my die cutting machine. I used gold once and white cardstock 5 times for dimension. I also ran my Warm Wishes Die through my die cutting machine as well 5 times using SSS Lipstick Red cardstock. Since this card is pretty much made using dies, I ran my Newton’s Nook Designs Rectangle die through using SSS Leaf Green cardstock.
Stack the outline of the deers on top of each other using glue and finish it off with the gold one on top. You also need to stack and glue the Warm Wishes sentiment.
I assembled my card on top an A2 size card base using SSS Green Leaf cardstock and added a red gem on the deers nose for an embellishment.
