Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember 2022 Black Eyed Susan stamp and die set

Hello hello crafty friends .Simon Says Stamp STAMPtemer..the month long celebration is in full swing. Today, I’m sharing how I made this floral card using the new products from this release…so lets get started!

Begin by stamping the floral image from the SSS Black Eyed Susan set on some white cardstock.  I used my Misti for this set as I like to get a really crisp image.  Use SSS Intense Black ink since its a copic friendly ink and we’re going to be doing some copic coloring.

The following copic colors is what i used to color my image: E25, E23, YR24, Y08, YG67, YG17, YG03, R35, R43.  I just did basic copic coloring of the flowers, leaves and butterflies.

Stamp the sentiment on some SSS Green Leaf cardstock after you prep’d it for heat embossing.  Sprinkle some gold embossing powder..shake off the excess and heat set it using your heat tool.

Get the SSS Dots on Dots stencil and a white A2 card panel and apply a very light application of SSS Smoke ink using a blender brush.  You don’t have to cover the entire panel with the stencil image.

Assemble your flowers and butterflies on your panel using foam tape.  Trim a piece of Green Leaf cardstock and adhere it to an A2 size card base.  Attach your panel to that using some foam tape as well.  No embellishments were use this project.
