Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: WOW Embossing – Add Some Sparkle
Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week is Sparkle and we are featuring products by WOW Embossing Powders. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do we would love to see you use them. Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s begin.
I started with an A2 size card panel using white cardstock. I adhered one of the layers from the SSS Layered Poinsettia Stencil using Pixie Spray. Using my ink blending tools from Simon, I applied some SSS Flannel ink. Then I used the Earl and finally the Charcoal at the tips. Each layer I used the following colors: Lumberjack Plaid, Festive Berries and Candied Apple. Remember to clean off your stencil.
Trim down your panel to get a clean edge. Adhere it to a black card base using SSS Black cardstock. Heat emboss some cardstock using WOW Embossing Red Glitter embossing powder. (do your normal embossing steps).
Run your embossed piece of cardstock through your die cutting machine using SSS Happy Holidays die cut. Then run the die through 4 more times using black cardstock. Stack and glue all of the sentiments. Assemble your card and use a few embellishments to finish it off.
