Simon Says Stamp Just For You Blog Hop: Day 2
Hello hello crafty friends and welcome back to another tutorial. I’m extremely excited to be apart of Simon Says Stamp Blog Hop Day 2 for their Just For You release. Begin with an A2 size card panel using SSS Cotton Candy cardstock. Ink of the SSS Outlined Butterflies background stamp with embossing ink. I used my Misti for this. Stamp your image on your cotton candy cardstock. (repeat if you don’t get a crisp image)
Attach one of the layers of the SSS Bunny Egg stencil on some white cardstock using some Pixie Spray. You will use the following colors: sun beam layer – Worn Lipstick, Dried Marigold, Mustard Seed, Shabby Shutters, Tumbled Glass and Shaded Lilac…Bunny – Brushed Corduroy. These are all oxide inks and I used my SSS Blending Brushes. Once you’re done, wipe off your stencils.
Run your SSS Bunny Egg die through your die cutting machine using gold cardstock. Then run it through 4 more times using white carstock. Glue them together with the gold piece on top.
Assemble your card on an A2 size card base using white cardstock. Trim down your panel and adhere it to the base with foam tape. Add the egg using some foam tape. Attach your sentiment using foam tape as well.
