Hello hello! Welcome back to this tutorial where I will show you have to make this super cute Valentine’s Day card. Background stamps are so wonderful to have in your stamp stash. Almost all of my tutorials reference some kind of background stamp. It really takes the pressure off having to come up with something to fill up the blank dead space on you card. So lets get started!

I grabbed a slightly smaller card panel and treated it with my anti static tool. I then inked up my stamp with SSS Clear embossing ink. I made sure I did this twice to ensure I got everywhere. I wanted to use an embossing powder that POPPED so I grabbed my WOW! Apple Red powder and heat set it.

Make sure you take your time heat setting your background stamp. Especially when it has tons of detail. Once I was done heat setting it, I cut out the SSS XOXO Border die cut about 3 times using SSS Lipstick Red cardstock. It’s thick enough to allow that dimension. I adhered it to my card. I used a sentiment from SSS Handwritten Love stamp set. I finished my card off with Studio Katia Iridescent Hearts crystals.

That’s it! A really cute Valentine’s Day card for your special someone. Thank you so very much for stopping by. See you next time! The products I used to make this card and where I purchased them is listed below.
