SSS Abstract Triangles Background Stamp

Hello hello crafty friends. Thanks for coming back to another tutorial. Today I’ll be sharing how I made a really soft yet textured card. So let’s get started.

First I grabbed an A2 size panel and I treated it with my anti static tool. I inked up my SSS Abstract Triangles background stamp with embossing ink. I used some white embossing powder from Simon and heat set it.

Then I started ink blending. Started with Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide Ink, I blended my ink upward. Then I used Worn Lipstick and then Spun Sugar.

Once I was done with my blending, I wiped off my panel with a paper towel to take some of that ink off of my embossed image.

I trimmed down my panel so that I can get those nice clean edges I love. I grabbed some matching Nuvo Crystal Dots to match my card and began added them all around my panel. I set it aside so it can dry.

I grabbed some vellum and cut out SSS Devonshire Butterfly and used a sentiment from SSS All the Happy Things Sentiment Strips. I added some foam tape to pop it up a bit. And when everything dried, I assembled my card into an A2 size card base using SSS Fog cardstock.

That’s it! Really fun and super easy. Thanks for stopping by. The products I used to make this card and were I got them are listed below. All you had to do is click on the image and go shopping. See you next time!

xoxo
