SSS Wednesday Challenge – Simon Say’s Stamp: Card and Envelop

Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week it is Making a card and envelop. We are featuring products by Simon Says Stamp. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do, we would love to see you use them. Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s get started with my card and envelop.

I started with a trimmed down A2 size panel and attached it to my SSS Autumn Splendor stencil. I grabbed my Crackling Fire, Candied Apple, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Peeled Paint distressed inks and started blending in various areas.

Once I was done with that, I removed my stencil from my panel and cleaned it off. I then grabbed my Antique Linen distress ink and blended the border of my card just to take some of the white away.

After I finished blending the border of my panel, I adhered some fun foam to the back then I adhered it to an A2 size card base using SSS Burnt Orange cardstock. I added some Nuvo Red Berry drops and some gold embellishments from Simon. My sentiment is SSS Gnome School strips and I added some fun foam to that as well.

My envelop is SSS Burnt Orange and i treated it with my anti static tool, inked up my image from SSS Paper Hugs stamp set using Simon’s clear embossing ink..sprinkled Simon’s white embossing powder and heat set it. That’s it! Easy, right?!!? Now its your turn. All of the products I used to make my card and envelop and where I got them is listed below. his blog contains paid advertising banners and some contextual affiliate links.
