SSS Wednesday Challenge – Memory Box: Dies and/or Punches

Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week is Dies and/or Punches. We are featuring products by Memory Box. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do we would love to see you use them.  Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s begin on how I made this card.

I started with an A2 size card panel using Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock.  I used my Distress Inks and ink blended my panel starting with Salty Ocean then Shaded Lilac, Spun Sugar and Squeezed Lemonade.  Go back and forth with your blending brushes or tool until your panel is blended.  Set aside.

Get the Memory Box Leafty Heart die and run it through your die cutting machine using Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock.  I cut out 4 of them for dimension.  I glued them together using my Bear Glue.  I also trimmed out one of the sentiments from SSS Cheeky Love reverse sentiment strips.

I adhered a plain white cardstock panel to an A2 size card base using Neenah Desert Storm cardstock with glue.  Then I attached some foam tape to my trimmed down panel and adhered it on top of the white cardstock.  I used the same glue and applied some to the back of my leafy heart cut outs.  Use some foam tape and adhered the sentiment to the middle of your heart cut outs..finish off with some embellishments.
