SSS Wednesday Challenge – Tim Holtz: Masculine

Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week is Masculine. We are featuring products by Tim Holtz. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do we would love to see you use them.  Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s begin on how I made this card.

I got an A2 size panel using Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock.  I ink blended Ground Espresso, Stormy Sky and Speckled Egg distress oxide ink using an ink blending brush.

Once the ink blending was done, I sprayed my Pixie spray on the back of my deco stencil and adhered it to my panel.  I used some white ink and ink blended it on my panel.  When all that was blended, I removed my stencil and wiped my stencil clean.

I ran my Happy Birthday die cut through my die cutting machine..use black cardstock for the shadow die and white for the word die.  I adhered them together using some glue.

Trimmed down my panel and adhered to an A2 size card back using neenah solar white 80lb cardstock.  I used some foam tape on the sentiment and adhered it to my panel. Finished off my card with some embellishments.
