SSS Exotic Vines Embossing Folder

Hello hello crafty friends.  Thanks for stopping by.  Today I will be sharing how I made a simple tone on tone card using Simon Says Stamp products from their new release And Back Again.  Let’s get started.

I began with an A2 size panel using SSS Mint cardstock.  I got my die cutting machine and ran my paper in the SSS Exotic Vines embossing folder.

I took my panel out of the folder and used some SSS Mint ink and added ink lightly over the raised areas of the panel.  I used SSS Blender brushes to apply my ink.

Treat another Mint color piece of paper with an anti static tool.  Ink up your sentiment from the SSS XL Love Greetings stamp and die set, inked up some embossing ink on the sentiment…stamp the image on your cardstock…use some SSS white embossing powder  and heat set it.  I used my Misti as my stamp positioner.  Cut out the sentiment using the coordinating die from the set.

I used an A2 size card base.  I trimmed down my panel and adhered it to my card base using some foam tape.  I added my sentiment and finished off my project with some embellishments.
