SSS Wednesday Challenge – SSS: Emboss It

Hello hello crafty friends. It’s time for a new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week is Emboss It.  We are featuring products by Simon Says Stamp. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you do we would love to see you use them. Challenge deets are over at SimonSaysStampBlog.com. Let’s begin with how I made this card.

I began with an A2 size card panel using SSS Cotton Candy cardstock 100lb cardstock.  I misted my cardstock with water and them inserted it in my SSS Floral Field embossing folder and ran it through my die cutting machine on the embossing setting.

I got my SSS Big Happy Birthday die and ran it through my die cutting machine using some Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock approx 4 times for dimension.  I used SSS Black cardstock to cut the shadow part out.  I glued and stacked all the words together.

I trimmed down my panel and added some foam adhesive to the back.  I added it to an A2 size card base using Neenah Solar white 110lb cardstock.  I finished off my project with some embellishments.
