SSS Merry Christmas Trees – STAMPtember 2021

Hello hello crafty friends.  Thanks for stopping by.  Today I will be sharing how I made a fun card using  Simon Says Stamp products.  Let’s start.

I began with an A2 size panel using SSS Schoolhouse Red cardstock.  I inked up my SSS O Christmas Tree Background with some VeraMark in and stamped my image on the cardstock.  I used my Misti for this so that I can get a crisp inked image.

I stamped the SSS merry Christas Trees stamp set onto some Schoolhouse Red cardstock as well and using some VersaMark embossing ink.  ( I treated my paper to be embossed)  I used some Hero Arts silver embossing powder and I heat set it with  my heat too.  I cut out the trees with the coordinating die cut, but you can easily fussy cut them out if you don’t have the die cuts.  I colored the trees in with a white gel pen.

I trimmed down my panel to have a clean border.  I adhered my panel to an A2 size card base using Neenah Solar white 80lb cardstock.  I attached some foam tape to the trees and adhered them to my panel.  I added a Merry Christmas sentiment and finished off my card with some embellishments.
